Have you had recent success with weight loss?  Then, eat less!  You may be saying to yourself, “I did eat less to lose weight!”  Well, you need to eat even less at your new, lesser weight!  Follow this example:


You are very overweight and lose 30 pounds pretty fast…..then, you go 2 weeks and can’t lose any weight! What’s the problem?

Here’s the problem:  The more you weigh, the faster your metabolism will be. This happens because your body must work harder to maintain itself. That is also why it is easier to lose weight in the beginning of a fat loss/weight loss program. Your metabolism is running so high that any cut in calories will result in quick weight losses.

But now, your body needs fewer calories to sustain itself since you have lost 30 pounds…..adjust your calorie intake downward and it will help you break thru the weight loss plateau.
